Man In Motion is auditioning male and female dancers (ages 9-18) to be a part of a promotional video for their press package, website, and social media. The video will be shot in the center of Times Square (outdoors) in front of a live audience. 

Dancers must: 
-- be skilled in hip-hop or jazz
-- be able to pick up choreography
-- have a strong presence in front of the camera
-- be able to commit to the rehearsal/shoot schedule

In-person auditions will be held in NYC on Sun. September 22 @ 10 AM. A rehearsal will follow immediately after for those selected to participate. 

Commitment: 
-- Sun. 9/22 | 2-4 PM (Rehearsal)
-- Sun. 9/29 | 10-1 PM (Rehearsal)
-- Sun. Oct 13 | 1-2 PM (Rehearsal)
-- Sun Oct 13 | 3-4 PM (Video shoot)

NOTE: The 10/13 rehearsal/shoot will take place immediately after Dance in the Dark: A Glow-in-the-Dark Dance Experience.

What is this project for?
Man In Motion and their creative team (in conjunction with Times Square Alliance) will produce a high-quality, professionally edited video for our website, social media, and press package. The shoot will take place outdoors in the center of Times Sqaure. Live set and viewing is open to the public.

How many dancers will be selected?
25-40 strong dancers will be chosen. Strict audition panel!

When are decisions made?
Decisions are made on the same day of the audition. Those selected to participate will be emailed immediately after the audition and must attend the rehearsal scheduled immediately following.

Where are the rehearsals?
Rehearsals will be held in midtown (NYC) on 9/22 (2-4 PM), 9/29 (10-1 PM), 10/13 (1-2 PM). All rehearsals are mandatory. The shoot date is 10/13 (3 PM). NO CONFLICTS.  

Is there a fee for the audition?
