Man In Motion is auditioning intermediate/advanced dancers (ages 9-18) for a special halftime show performance for the WNBA's New York Liberty vs. Chicago Sky game at the Barclays Center (July 22, 2026 | 7:00 PM).

The Barclays Center (located in Brooklyn, NY) is a large indoor arena (with a 19,000-seat capacity) that has hosted some of the world's most renowned performers, including Jay-Z, Beyonce, Madonna, and The Rolling Stones, and is the home of the Brooklyn Nets. Dancers must: 
-- be ages 9-18 (females & males)
-- be skilled in hip-hop/street-jazz
-- be able to pick up choreography
-- be available for the game and all rehearsal dates

Submit this form. Upon receipt of this form, we will email you all of the requirements for your audition submission. Requirements will include learning a hip-hop/street-jazz combination by video tutorial.

Please note: A nominal audition submission fee will apply, and you will receive written feedback (via email) from the panel on the audition video you submit. All information on rehearsal dates, call times, participation fees, and ticket access will be announced upon receipt of your form.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How many dancers will be selected?
30 dancers have already been cast for this performance, and we are looking for an additional 25 dancers.

When are decisions made?
Final decisions will be made between 4/11 and 4/15. Your audition form must be sent no later than 4/8, and your video submission must be sent no later than 4/11.

When/where are the rehearsals?
Rehearsals will be held in New York City. Dates/times are 7/10 (eve), 7/11 (day), 7/12 (day), and 7/19 (day). 

Is there a fee for the audition?
Yes. A nominal audition fee is required to hold your audition slot/review your video submission. The fee also includes written feedback (via email) from the panel on the audition video you submit.

How do I get tickets for the performance/game?
Tickets are included in the experience, and access to those tickets and/or any participation fees will be announced via email once chosen to perform. 

When/where does the performance take place?
The halftime performance takes place during the WNBA New York Liberty vs Chicago Sky game at the Barclays Center on July 22, 2026 (7:00 PM).
